Midsummer Night’s date night

You ever have those random nights…when you haven’t made any plans and then out of nowhere you decide to go and do something spontaneous? Well…I had that the other night with my hubby. After a long day of work and errands, we had planned a nice night in but on our way home we passed the Swiss Casino that is just minutes from our apartment…and we both looked at each other and said “why not?” ;) So after dinner, we headed out to try our luck at some cards.
I wore:
Alternative Clothing army green burnout v-neck shirt
H&M black double layer skirt with faux leather insets
H&M gold chain small purse: I wrote about this fabulous buy earlier (click here).
Christian Louboutin Miss Boxe Patent wedges in black

It was such a beautiful night, the evening sky was the most magical color…I thought you’d enjoy these pictures of the Lake of Zurich at dusk.

We had a super fun night…we laughed, walked around, pressed our luck and walked out of there in the plus…which you know is always a good sign when you’re at a casino. I am hoping you all have been having a wonderful summer. Post below and tell me if you’re traveling and where you’re going…I’d love to hear!!

    Hi Marha,

So pretty and I love the title of this post! I was actually was going to name my latest post that because we too had a midsummer nights “date night,” but then I thought maybe Connect the Dots would be more appropriate (hence the huge dots on my skirt lol). Glad you and the hubby made it out in the plus. That’s definitely a plus for any night out!

In response to your question about the skirt, I can customized it. Just let me know where you want it to hit and your waist size. :)

    • July 9, 2012 / 9:36 pm

Lol! Yes….leaving in the plus from any casino s a good thing ;)
As for the skirt, I will send you my measurements via Twitter and how short/long my skirts usually are.
