What I wore to Fashion for a Cause & Art Walk

Hi everyone…first off, sorry for the lack of posting. I have been under the weather lately but I am feeling better slowly but surely. I did manage to find some energy and put on a pair of heels for this past weekend’s Art Walk…and of course if you remember, I wanted to be there for The Wynwood Squat’s installation of the Fashion for a Cause campaign. Here’s what I wore:

Diane von Furstenberg mini-wrap dress in black
Valentino Couture Patent Leather Bow Platform Pumps
Seasonal Whispers double-sided heart necklace
YSL Belle du Jour Clutch in dark gray

It was a great night of fashion, art, music and Miami life…which combine for an absolutely perfect Saturday night out in my book. The Wynwood Squat gave our campaign a very large wall where the picture of every blogger was up on display. The tee shirts we all sported were sold on site and lots of buzz and interest was generated in our quest to help the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation…which is what the night was all about. Here are a couple of pictures and there are many more on my Facebook page (click here to see).

I have a lot of super fun and fabulous posts in the work…so I will definitely be back up to normal soon ;)

Sorry to hear you’ve been sick. You’d never know it based on how terrific you looked at this event. I love that dress on you!

I’m not a big fashion fan but I love coming back to your posts to read about Miami. Recently I’ve noticed that the travel blogs I like most are those that don’t concentrate on travels as instead of showing the most popular places they concentrate on real life there :)

Hope you get better! I couldn’t even tell you were under the weather. And I looked to see where our shirts were being sold but I didn’t see any! Maybe they were in a different part of the building? Your outfit was fabulous as always, love DVF!
