Pssst! Here are some eco-friendly gifts!

We’re in the midst of the Black Friday rage and the Cyber Monday craze, which means we’ve all begun to prepare for the holidays and thus the search for the perfect gifts commences. Not that you haven’t been bombarded already with “buy this” and “buy that” but I just thought I’d add my two cents here ;) Just wanted to show you guys a product that I love and I know it would make a great gift for any lady on your list…it’s Lauren Conrad’s eco-friendly line, XO (eco) by Blue Avocado. Here are two items that I think are fabulous…

lauren-conrad-xoeco-blue-avocado-repreve-1-537x402The first one is the compact and collapsible tote bag. I love, love, love this bag. It holds up to 20lbs and is absolutely perfect for shopping, beach or travel…and the fact that it folds up to almost nothing is just plain smart. And of course, the adorable print of birds on a wire is the girly touch that we can always expect from Miss Lauren Conrad.

IMG_4202IMG_4203IMG_4207The next item is this genius idea…it’s a flat iron holder for travel. You know how that goes, right? You’re getting ready to go, you do your hair and your flat iron is still hot so you need to wait until it cools to pack it up. Well, not anymore. This fabulous holder is insulated and can store your iron even after you’ve used it (up to 450 degrees). No more waiting for it to cool, just use and pack. I can’t tell you how many times I have traveled with this and am so thankful to not have to worry about it being cool enough to pack. Plus it protects your iron while in your luggage.

IMG_4208IMG_4209IMG_4210The best part of this line is that it is made of recycled bottle plastic and they donate 1% of their profits to various earth friendly causes. Check out their website (click here) for more fashionable, affordable and fabulously eco-friendly gifts. You’ll be able to cross plenty of names off your lists with these great items!

*Both products were courtesy of XO(eco) and Lucky Magazine*

I’m sooooo glad you made this post because I had no idea what that second thing was for AT all. Also somehow I didn’t know that that bag folded up like that. I keep it in my bag and I’m digging that compact action.
