Pregnancy Fit at 25 weeks pregnant

Here’s a quick and easy stretch that anyone can do at home…it’s a great way to give your back a break. Fabulous for preggos like me and all my lovely blogger friends that spend hours sitting in front of a computer. Do this about 5 times to really maximize the stretch.

  7. One of my favorite exercises. Rescues myback after hours spent in the office and then hours spent on my own blogs. And I love the yellow tank top. Can’t wait till I can change my big sweaters to spring clothes, still 2 more months of winter in Poland ;)
