Pregnancy Fit at 26 weeks pregnant

Here is a super easy exercise for the thighs and the booty…yay!! The way to maximize the results is to do it slow and truly your thighs working. I definitely felt it and I couldn’t believe how just 5 slides got my legs burning. The goal would be to do 3-4 sets of 5 slides. I’m working up to it…stay tuned ;)
