Fashion for a cause, Part Deux!

It’s the awesome time of the year where bloggers from all over Miami come together for the very important “Fashion for a Cause” campaign in order to help raise breast cancer awareness. I was a part of this campaign last year (see post here) and I’m so honored to be able to participate again with 30+ other fashion bloggers for this year’s project. I loved working with Alex from Alta Images and major shoutout to the Sagamore Hotel for allowing the shoot to take place in one of their fabulous bungalow suites.

The Miami based brand Peace Love World outfitted us with several items from their breast cancer awareness collection…lucky us! I love my Peace Love World tee…it’s so comfy and their message both outside and inside of the shirt are beautiful and inspiring.

I’m wearing:
Bronté  Amsterdam “newsboy” cap
Peace Love World “I am life” v-neck tee
Zara crystal flower necklace
Zara skinny jeans

This year we’ve partnered up with Bloomingdales in Aventura and The Falls Shopping Center where our pictures will be displayed until the end of the month (October) and also where you can buy the Peace Love World collection.

And of course, there has to be a gathering and a little more fashion…we are fashion bloggers after all. Be sure to stop by the Bloomingdales in Aventura on October 17th from 6 to 9pm. There will be a Fashion for a Cause event called “Bloomies and Bloggers” where real runway models and bloggers will hit the catwalk in Peace Love World attire as well as some of Bloomingdale’s hottest fall collections. Besides watching the fashion walk down the runway, come and get your hair styled by SoBlo, enjoy delicious cupcakes from BunnieCakes and sips by Societe Perrier. Support a good cause, enjoy some fashion and mingle with bloggers…sounds like a perfect combination of fabulousness :)

Hope to see you there!

T-shirt + statement necklace – another great idea :) I’m so glad that though you have so many more responsibilities now you still have time for blogging and special projects like this.
