Gap Lincoln Road

What’s that I spy over there?? Well, it’s non other than the newest kid on the block…sort of.  Gap has been a Lincoln Road staple for a long time but you could say they’re moving on up. Their new digs were designed by the local award winning duo of Carlos and Jackie Touzet from Touzet Studio. The new and modern structure did a beautiful job of incorporating the iconic and historical architecture that has made Lincoln Road Miami Beach’s most walked street. It truly respects the forms of the past and absorbs the light and materials of Miami Beach itself.

This new Gap store is a two level shopper’s dream. It’s 19,000 square feet (shop till you drop!) and will feature women’s, including GapFit and GapMaternity, as well as men’s, GapKids, babyGap and GapBody. Talk about one stop shopping for the whole family. Personally, I love the Gap for its easy, laid back approach to clothing. It fits our Miami personality perfectly. Gap wants to welcome EVERYONE to their new “home” and give you a customized gift. Keep reading for more deets!

Gap partnered up with some awesome Miami Instagrammers and will be using their images to create some fun totes. If you have purchases of $75 or more, you’ll get one of these limited edition totes but here’ s the icing on the cake…you’ll also be able to customize it with your own initials. The Gap store will have kiosk printing stations where you can make this tote a true one of a kind. Come by Friday June 20th, 2014 through Sunday June 22nd, 2014 for this perk.

Some of the images that will be featured on the totes truly capture the feeling that can only be found in Miami. Here’s a couple of my favorite shots:
