I’m wearing a leopard shirt and kitten heels…what can I say, the name was appropriate for this post. I’m sooooo thankful for the “cooler” temperatures in Miami. I’m loving being able to dress a little more “fall” friendly and use my long sleeves and jeans. And this hat…I love it. I wore it here already and I know it’s a bit of a blogger “no-no” to shoot things multiple times but I feel that a cozy wool hat is the best way to feel like we’ve got seasons changing here in Miami. Of course, there is a very clear contradiction… View Post
The summer has left…at least in Switzerland and that means that our time to return to Miami is drawing near. There was a time when I couldn’t wait to be home…and that’s still the case but the older I get, the more I realize how lucky I am to have this opportunity. To live here for the summer. You guys remember the Saks fall preview post I did (if not click here)…well, this is what it was for. Tomorrow night (or tonight…depends on when you’re reading this), Saks Fifth Avenue in Dadeland Mall will be hosting a social night full of beauty, fashion and a couple fabulous Miami Fashion Bloggers including yours truly. So if you’re in the Miami area…stop by and I’d love to see you! XOXO, Martha
Living in Miami Beach means you have to wait a while before the fall weather begins…and there is a chance that it may not come at all…but all of us Miami fashion lovers want to be able to play with the trends too and thus we have to make things work for our climate. One trend that started in the summer and has continued into fall is chambray/denim tops. I love its simple look and the fact that it can paired with almost everything.
