Truth be told, we overuse a lot of words in the fashion world. One of those words is timeless. I mean, let’s be honest, not EVERYTHING can be timeless. If that would be the case, we’d never have new trends and styles. But some things, some can truly call themselves timeless. A classic blazer, a pair of perfectly fitted black dress pants, a sheath dress, a nude strappy heel, and of course, a Coach bag. Yes, Coach definitely falls into that category. Something about their gorgeous leathers, classy color options, and attention to detail that keep Coach consistently in the… View Post
I’m not gonna lie to you guys…I own wayyyyy too many LBDs. It’s like my kryptonite. I have no will power when I see one that I like. And even though they all have the same color palette, in my eyes, they’re all unique and definitely necessary in my wardrobe. This 10 Crosby Derek Lam dress is a perfect in styling, cut, and bounce. I love the piping detail that can be seen once you get up close (and a little personal). It makes this dress look a little more polished and not so plain. I paired it with my… View Post
I’d be lying if I said I don’t miss my high heels. I do. I miss them very much. Sometimes I create scenarios in my head and pretend that I’ll be going somewhere that requires me to be in heels…so I’ll get dressed for my everyday errands/life and put on some heels. Mom life is basically being able to be on the go,… View Post
So let’s be honest, a cold front in Miami means only a slight breeze and chiller temps. Define chiller, you ask? Oh, you know…like 65 degrees or so. Yeah, I know. We are total lightweights when it comes to the cold. Nonetheless, it does get fresh for our standards so we have to make due with our summer clothes and figure a way for them to work in the winter. I love adding a simple jacket over a dress. No need to go bulk, always a fan of layering. I love this Thakoon dress because it’s super lightweight and has great… View Post
I gotta be honest, I’m not totally sure that name is politically correct. I mean, I’m kind of making assumptions to what peasants wear when they may in fact be wearing something totally different and take my post’s title to be offensive…so for that, I apologize in advance ;) But I do love the look of this “possibly” peasant style dress. It’s flowy, it’s easy and with the right pair of shoes, it can make quite an entrance…so maybe it’s not so peasanty after all??
