Okay, so I may have taken a literal holiday break from the blog but chances are you’ve probably already seen this J.Crew striped dress on my Instagram. Sorry if you’re tired of it…but let’s be honest, this dress is hard to get tired of. At least for me. I loved it when I saw, the first time I wore it, and even know (months later) seeing it in these photographs. It’s cotton (you guys know I’m a big cotton girl), it’s feminine, and it is so mom friendly. Pockets, cute with sneakers or sandals, and throw on a jean jacket…

Oh yes…another black dress for my collection. You know how I feel (see my other new dress in this post) about black dresses. No two are a like and they all have their own purpose and “feel”. This dress, to me, is beyond chic while being totally sexy. Sophisticated sex appeal. Now that’s a trend I can always agree on. The fit to this dress is classy but check out that slit…woah! Something about their gorgeous leathers, classy color options, and attention to detail that keep Coach consistently in the…

My toddler, Mia, is acting exactly how I feel. Overjoyed. What a year this has been. For some it was good, for some it was bad, and for some it was just another year. For us, as a family, it started out pretty rocky with my body still recovering from the preeclampsia I suffered postpartum, but around May, things started to turn around. I got a clean bill of health, was able to start working out again (definitely helped my mood), and I finally felt like I could put that whole scary chapter behind. And I did. We left for…
