OMG, guys! It’s cool here in Miami!! I mean, not wearing boots cool more like not sweating your makeup off cool but I’ll take it! The sunshine and the cooler air feels amazing to my skin. I love being able to walk from point A to point B without cursing the sun; I love being able to cook dinner with our windows open; I love heading to the park with my kids without feeling like we’re walking on Mars (Mars is a super hot planet in case you didn’t know). Point being, it feels really good right now in my…

Guys, I can not believe it…I’m sitting in my home in Miami writing this post. Seriously, where did the time go? My daughter, Mia, will be starting school on Monday!! What? When did my baby grow up and when did her princess costumes get replaced by a school uniform? Mom life is basically being able to be on the go,…

Lucky me, not only do I start a new calendar year but I also get to start a new birth year. My birthday falls on the 2nd and I think it’s pretty great. It’s like an extra kick from the universe to make sure I start anew with my mind and soul. Turning 38 doesn’t feel like a special age year (like 30 or 40) but it does signify that I’m approaching a whole other chapter with my 40’s right around the corner. We are all a work in progress and with every birthday, we can reflect on all the…
