Can you guys believe it…this is my last pregnancy post. I’ve made it to the other side although elastic waistbands are still my best friends…at least for the next couple weeks. I had a tough ordeal with this birth (thankfully the baby is okay) and I’ll share that story in a later post but for now, I’m just grateful and happy to be home with my family. Truth is, love and happiness have healing powers and there’s nowhere else I can get this kind of “fix” than right here in my own home. As for this look, these non maternity jogger… View Post

I love the idea of having one item of clothing that looks like two…it’s like pretending to have actually planned your outfit when in fact, all you did was zip it up ;) That’s the case with this dress from Banana Republic. The top is cut to look like you’re wearing a matching crop top (complete with back cut out) but it’s actually just one fit and flare dress. Love, right? I adore its fit so much that I purchased this dress in this fun spring print and in a solid black…because when a dress fits, buy it in every… View Post

Life is complicated, but your wardrobe doesn’t have to be. You’re going to see a lot more dresses coming up on the blog simply because they’re kind of a one stop shop in my book. I can put one one, add some heels and a bag and be done without too much stress (and wardrobe planning). I posted a couple of dark looks lately but just as chic as black can be, so is white. The simplicity of neutrals is elegant and always in style. You look clean and put together and fresh…which exactly is how I felt while wearing… View Post

You guys know I LOVE 4.Collective (seen here, here and here)…for me, they’re the quintessential modern day woman line. Their dresses are made for busy women that want to not only look fabulous while at work but also afterwards. Simplicity in dressing is one of my fave things as a busy mom…and even if you’re not a mom, I think you can appreciate the fact of being able to look good throughout the entire day, no matter where it takes you. The team at 4.Collective sent me some of their fave pieces from their previous collection and I immediately wanted to… View Post

Let’s not talk about those last 10lbs I’m still fighting with. It’s clear they came to battle and will not go away without me bringing my “A” game…Pilates on South Beach, that means you. I’ve already mentioned my love for circle/skater skirts and the same love goes for the fit and flair style dress. Luckily for me, both styles are readily available from almost every designer at any budget level. I bought this dress the same time I bought my drop waist dress at Armani Exchange. I absolutely love the fit and cut of this dress…AND it actually has a… View Post
