Fall in Miami….the notion of sipping warm drinks, wearing cozy knits and rocking boots is in the minds of all us gals but the reality of fall in Miami is very different. We get to pick certain aspects of those notions but never all of them combined. You’d overheat before you know it ;) Anyway, I always opt for the boot option when it comes to fall attire because I can keep the rest of my look breezy and light. When the team from Ted & Muffy reached out to me offering one of their custom fitted foots, I debated… View Post
There are certain colors that I feel only work when the weather is warm, the sun is bright and the days are long…and this blue is definitely one of those colors. It’s like a cobalt/Greek blue and I think it’s the perfect summer hue of blue. I bought this dress here in Zurich during Zara’s crazy summer sale…I got it for under $40.00 which is a major (major!) deal. It’s more of a casual style dress but I added a very lose white ribbon belt around my natural waistline to give it a tad more shape. It was the perfect… View Post

Of course, there is a very clear contradiction… View Post

I was a part of this campaign last year (see post here) and I’m so honored to be able to participate again with 30+ other fashion bloggers for this year’s project. I loved working with Alex from Alta Images and major shoutout to the Sagamore Hotel for allowing the shoot to take place in one of their fabulous bungalow suites.
I’m the first to admit that I’ve still got a ways to go before I can flaunt my bodycon dresses again…but I’m working hard to get back into them with my Pilates (especially with my jumpboard sessions). And just to be clear, I’m not stressing about it because I think I look bad…it’s mostly because I really miss my old clothes ;) And because I feel better when I’m more fit and toned…which happens to be the most important reason of all. Anyway, I have found that for the time being, my most flattering items are skater/circle skirts. They tend… View Post
